Offshore converter platform arrives at the Sofia array

The offshore converter platform for the Sofia Offshore Wind Farm has arrived on site! We can also announce that the jacket has been put into position, and work is now being done to prepare for the installation of the massive topside structure.

Getting this far is an achievement in itself, but we are far from finished. Over the coming days, our team out at sea will prepare the jacket for installation. The vessel Sleipnir, operated by Heerema, will then lift the offshore platform by crane and lower it into position.
