In the latest episode of A Spin on Offshore Wind, host Caroline Lofthouse interviews Sofia's Supply Chain Plan Manager, Graham Wright about the project, its suppliers and the wider supply chain activity.
A Spin on Offshore Wind is an offshore-wind focussed podcast series produced by Energi Coast, North East England’s offshore wind cluster.
In this episode, number six in the series, Caroline also speaks to Stuart Fitzpatrick from GE Renewable Energy, Sofia's Tier 1 high voltage director current (HVDC) electrical transmission system contractor. GE Renewable Energy is working jointly with Sembcorp Marine on the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Sofia's offshore converter platform and the onshore converter station, including all ancillary equipment.
