Resolution Communications
Resolution is made up of experienced marketing people with a passion for results, using creativity to find alternative solutions to communication problems. The team works strategically to find out about the personality of their clients’ organisations, understand the culture and use targeted engagement methods to ensure their stakeholders and audience know them too.
The company's core business strengths are marketing, public relations and graphic design; working with a variety of businesses and industries across the North East and nationally, the experienced team works closely with our clients to support their business profile.
Scope for Sofia: The team have supported in a number of different ways including:
- Production and coordination of displays and signage
- Arrangement and management of local community engagement events
- Supporting and organising event elements of the youth aspirational campaign
- On-the-ground management of media events
- Planning and support of key stakeholder and VIP site visit
Economic and employment impact: Resolution has enjoyed a long working relationship with the project and it has made a significant impact to the company's business growth. Since the initial work with Forewind in 2015, Resolution has grown from two to seven employees. The entire team lives in the Tees Valley. The team works with local suppliers where possible for any print and technical equipment, as well as coach providers and local venues.
Training and development: Resolution has a real desire to develop individuals and the entire team is dedicated to building a better future for the next generation. Resolution actively engages with programmes that showcase opportunities within the region, particularly within the creative sector. The company sponsors a youth ambassador with the Power of Women campaign, which involves current leaders inspiring future leaders. It works with Spark Tees Valley to raise awareness of career possibilities to students and runs competitions with college students for a chance to win a day in their studio to experience the roles available. The Managing Director is also a part time lecturer at Teesside University and shares real life campaign challenges and outputs with PR students.
