Students log-in to find out more about their career options
Sofia once again hosted a virtual stand and had project experts staffing a live chat facility at the biggest skills and STEM event in the region - Tees Valley Careers Expo 2022.
This virtual and interactive event offered hundreds of local young people the chance to engage with training providers, colleges and employers including Sofia Offshore Wind Farm.
Coordinated by Tees Valley Careers, this is an eagerly anticipated fixture on the annual careers and skills events calendar, bringing together a wide range of potential employers from different sectors, as well as those offering further education and training. As well as the virtual stands and online experts, the event also included a number of specialist speakers holding interactive workshops.
A number of Expo visitors joined us at the Sofia stand to talk about working in the exciting and growing offshore wind sector and wondering about the best routes into the industry.
